Women Owned Small Business
Now Contracting Officers have the ability to perform Sole Source acquisitions with a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) due to the addition of FAR 19.1506. Under FAR 19.1506, a Contracting Officer generally must consider a WOSB or Economically Disadvantaged (EDWOSB), Sole Source award before considering small business set-asides. Sole Source authority provides Contracting Officers the ability to produce services in a streamlined and shortened time frame.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a new government-wide, multi-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multi-agency contract program designed to address the mission needs of multiple government agencies for their complex, non-IT service requirements. Designed to reduce duplicate contract efforts and provide comprehensive, integrated contract options, OASIS+ is a multi-billion-dollar contract serving all Federal Government agencies.
