Chevo Awarded IRS Strategy, Planning, and Execution Support Contract

Chevo was awarded the IRS Strategy, Planning, and Execution (SP&E) Long Term Support Contract. This is a 4-year contract to provide expert and objective strategic, program management, and implementation advice and guidance to support the IRS’s strategic objectives. Chevo is helping the IRS IT mature its strategic planning capabilities and integrate this new capability with other critical process areas: financial planning, acquisition planning, demand management, governance, investment management, risk management, portfolio management, internal communications, and external reporting. In addition, Chevo will be developing the Annual Key Insights Report to ensure the IRS leadership, Congress, and external stakeholders have visibility into the IRS’s progress on achieving strategic IT goals and objectives, by measuring outcomes affecting Customer Experience, Business Performance, and IT Optimization and Security.
