Zaina Sahady | Co-founder and CEO
Zaina Sahady is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chevo, where she provides strategic direction and oversees internal operations. Zaina has over 18 years of experience in the service industries. She played key leadership roles in Fortune 500 organizations providing Human Resources, recruiting, billing, and operations support. Zaina’s strong service and operations background, coupled with her strategic outlook, provides Chevo a solid foundation of internal operations, creating a smooth-running organization that can place its attention on creating customer satisfaction.
Zaina earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Phil Sahady | Co-founder and President
Phil Sahady is the co-founder and President of Chevo, where he provides strategic direction and oversees service delivery and business development. Phil has over 22 years of experience in management consulting and program management. He played key leadership roles in two other consulting firms, where he developed strong customer and partner relations and led growth. Phil’s background in strategic analysis, business process re-engineering, portfolio management, project management, and enterprise content management provides Chevo with a solid foundation, creating strong client satisfaction and loyalty.
Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from West Virginia University. He holds an MBA from Loyola College and is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Stacey Godlove | Vice President
Stacey Godlove, the Vice President of Services for Chevo, focuses on service delivery, client satisfaction, business development, and staff development. Stacey has over 20 years of experience in providing management consulting services and leading service delivery. Her background spans leadership roles in the management consulting, financial services, and IT consulting fields. Stacey’s notable achievements have led to increased strategic and portfolio alignment, project success, and cost savings across multiple clients. She is a recognized leader in the Portfolio Management field and has presented at numerous conferences and seminars.
Stacey earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Goucher College. She is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
