Chevo Launches "Jeans for Charity" Initiative - November 19, 2010

We are excited to announce Chevo's "Jeans for Charity" initiative to help raise funds for various charities! Beginning November 19th, employees will be permitted (encouraged even!) to dress in jeans on Fridays at the headquarters office. The caveat? Employees donate a minimum of $1 to support a charity, with larger donations welcomed. A collection jar is placed at the reception desk for donations, and every quarter we will tally the donations and Chevo will match the amount, dollar for dollar! So, the more our employees donate the more Chevo matches, and the more the charity receives. Each quarter Chevo will select a different charity for our donation. The charity chosen to begin our "Jeans for Charity" initiative is Susan G. Komen for the Cure, dedicated to the fight against breast cancer worldwide. Other charities in our queue are: Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, The Humane Society of the United States, UNICEF, March of Dimes, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
